Any parties of 25 or more must have a limited menu with host provided hors d’oeurve counts. The final menu selections are due one week prior to the event. We can accommodate vegetarians, religious or medical requests provided they are submitted at the time of your menu selections.

There is a 20% deposit on final menu selections to guarantee specific private space throughout Centaur.
